Brookline Bank announces new business banking officer
Brookline Bank announced that Bryan Manandhar, of Walpole, has been named business banking officer covering Newton and Chestnut Hill.
Manandhar has 17 years of banking and financial services experience and was promoted to assistant vice president last spring while serving as branch manager of the Needham office. In the position of business banking officer, Manandhar will oversee the building and strengthening of relationships by providing borrowing, cash management and deposit services tailored to individual business need.
“We are confident that Bryan’s educational background and nearly two decades of experience in financial services makes him tremendous fit,” said Thomas Smith, team leader of Brookline Bank’s Business Banking Group.
Manandhar earned his Master’s of Business Administration in finance and marketing from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. He is an active member of his community, a member of the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce and board member of the Needham Business Alliance.
