Are you an experienced Business Analyst?

Do you have experience of facilitating workshops to capture business issues and requirements in the form of process and customer journey maps?

Reporting to the PMO Manager you’ll be working closely with a team of Project Managers, providing business analysis support across a range of projects to enable the delivery of the Corporate Projects change portfolio.

You’ll work on service reviews, continuous improvement, strategic and business change projects (all non-technology), enabling the delivery of projects to the required quality, on time and within budget.

This is a superb opportunity to join a progressive team within an ambitious and rapidly evolving organisation. Initial priorities within the role will include:

  • Working with Project Managers on a number of service reviews across our business, helping to understand the business challenges and proactively identifying tangible customer-focussed solutions

  • Supporting the development of a business analyst toolkit that can be used on future service reviews

Due to the nature of the role, you must possess proven experience of workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, process and customer journey mapping, solution and benefit identification.

If you’re someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive presenter and are capable of using these skills to influence senior stakeholders and customers, then we want to hear from you.
