Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
We will be looking to you to solicit, understand, and document business requirements and process workflows in both written and visual depictions. You will utilize the latest Agile Software Development practices and work closely with compliance stakeholders and software developers to create the functional specifications that meet those requirements. You will serve as a subject matter expert to the software developers and work within the Agile team to test the developed functionality. You’ll partner with other business analysts and with all levels of the organization to drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and make challenging decisions.  You will collaborate with Development and QA leads to uphold and improve Agile processes.

For such a detail-oriented role, you will have 2 years of experience with direct business analysis and writing business documents with a proven track record of utilizing Agile software development methodologies. You will have a bachelor’s degree in a related study. You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills in order to take business concepts and present them in a technical way. You have strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and decision-making skills, with the ability to organize and lead meetings to solicit business requirements.
