Cosan Consulting makes two hires for business analysis team

Cosan Consulting has added two new members to its business analysis team. Graduate Emily Dickinson joins after studying at the University of Liverpool, while Vicki Waller arrives from Capita.

Founding Director Ian Bloxham said, “Vicki and Emily’s appointments are testament to the importance that we place on having experienced business analysts on our team. Vicki brings excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills within pension administration.”

Waller arrives with more than 11 years of experience in the professional services industry, taking up the role of Business Analyst. She held the same role with Capita, where she spent the last seven years, and was responsible for supporting project managers rolling out Capita-wide initiatives to all clients in the firm’s Darlington office. Prior to that, she also worked for Aon Hewitt for four years, three of which were spent as an Implementation Consultant.

Bloxham added, “We believe firmly in the importance of training and development so we are delighted to have Emily join us as a recent graduate; and I’m sure Emily will bring some fresh thinking to the business.”
