Jordan Cook, Fargo Border Bank President, announced Amy Frosaker has been promoted to Business Officer. Frosaker earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting through NDSU and spent two years in public accounting prior to joining Border Bank in 2020 as a Credit Analyst.
