Inventory Control Business Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Inventory Control Business Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our Planning Department. You are driven by business analysis, reportings and data? A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies and who, of course, greatly enjoy their work is looking forward to you joining them.

What you can expect:

  • Understands the complexity of the interaction with internal processes of other systems (SAP, RAP, RMP, SOP) and delivers suitable solutions (AO, VBA, etc)
  • works on direct requests by different departments and answers fully by using available data
  • Supports the Senior Inventory control manager in improving and developing EMEA reporting packages
  • Simulates data for management and evaluates guard rails in line with business targets
  • Identifying and outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
  • Project support for retail solutions i.e. Markdown efficiency via predictive analytics
  • Works collaboratively with high level of interfaces
  • Takes initiative in highlighting trends and proposes actions

Your profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Advanced skills handling Excel as well as knowledge in VBA (including a proficient level in PowerPoint)
  • Excellent documentation and analytical skills
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English as well as strong communication skills
  • Desire to work within Retail
