Pompton Plains Resident Joins Kearny Bank as 1st VP / Business Banking Manager

Pompton Plains resident Luisa Martino has joined Kearny Bank as 1st Vice President / Business Banking Manager. In her new role, she leads Kearny Bank’s team of business relationship officers, while partnering with the retail, treasury, and lending departments to expand business and sales activities.

Operating throughout New Jersey, Brooklyn, and Staten Island, the bank’s business relationship officers provide clients with professional counsel, along with access to a range of financial products and services. Martino is developing overall strategic direction, while making mentoring, coaching, and overall professional development available to individual officers.

Most recently Vice President / Small Business Market Director for Santander Bank, Martino has nearly 20 years of professional experience with various major financial institutions. Her expertise includes the business, retail, wealth, investments, lending, payroll, and treasury sectors. Based at Kearny Bank’s Fairfield corporate office, Martino holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Berkeley College and is a Realtor® licensed in New Jersey.
