Rudolph Giuliani sues Smartmatic to recoup legal fees in Fox News lawsuit

NEW YORK, June 14 (Reuters) – Rudolph Giuliani has sued Smartmatic to recoup lawful service fees as he defends in opposition to its $2.7 billion lawsuit accusing him, Fox News Network and other folks of falsely saying that the business aided rig the 2020 U.S. presidential election so Joe Biden would defeat Donald Trump.
