We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Senior Business Analysis Manager, who will work on large cross-division initiatives such as new products, ambiguous and or complex functions impacting multiple teams and developing large to complex scope business cases.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director Digital Delivery & Business Analysis, you will be empowered to:

  • Develops large to complex scope business cases and Acceptance Criteria
  • Participate in Digital Lab delivering large or cross-divisional initiatives such as new products or significant changes to existing functions that impact multiple products
  • Develops Acceptance Test Strategy and Approach with consideration for more than one domain; can apply risk-based assessment framework to ensure alignment with test strategy

Conduct Oversight, Triage, Plan, Develop and Execute User Acceptance

  • Prepares and presents demos, risks/issues and remediations to senior leadership
  • Resolves challenges across lines of business, within the department, with vendors
  • Budget for work typically falls between $1M-$5M Impact: Significant consequences if they fail, including impact to OLG reputation, brand, costs, patrons and/or people.
  • Acts as a player coach; performs business analysis for cross-functional initiatives
  • Provides coaching/mentoring to more business analysis team members.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

Work experience: Business Analysis work required. Seasoned knowledge and a command of BA methods and processes acquired through formal academic training combined with 7-10 years of relevant job experience Functional subject-matter expert on more than domain (e.g., Casino, App Delivery and Lottery)    

Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field

Strategic Thinker: strong strategic and critical thinker with ability to delve into unique challenges and find creative solutions
