Born on March 17, 1987, in Chicago, Illinois, Jayson Pocius is a dedicated real estate professional making a meaningful impact in land acquisition and sustainable development in Las Vegas, Nevada. With a solid academic foundation, including a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Roosevelt University and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago, Jayson’s career has been shaped by his deep passion for real estate and community revitalization.

Jayson initially started his professional journey as a financial advisor but soon discovered his true passion lay in real estate. He gained valuable experience managing multiple LLCs for rental properties in Chicago, primarily focusing on the city’s south side.

In late 2023, he relocated to Las Vegas to join KB Home, where he now spearheads land acquisition initiatives, particularly in underdeveloped areas on the city’s east side. His mission is to transform abandoned commercial spaces into thriving residential neighborhoods. Through sustainable development strategies, Jayson Pocius aims to not only revitalize these areas but also provide eco-friendly, accessible housing options for first-time buyers and homeowners seeking upgrades.
